Our community is located in West Bradenton, Florida and consists of 2-3 bedroom  Condo/Townhomes in a beautifully sub-divided Association consisting of 272 Condo/Townhomes, 126 Villas and 148 Single Family Homes. 

We are a pet friendly neighborhood with no age restrictions.  Residents enjoy shared amenities of a heated, lagoon-shaped outdoor pool, a nautilus fitness center, and a Community Center with a lending library, a catering kitchen, and plenty of room to hold our meetings and social events.

Our location is just minutes from Sarasota-Bradenton Airport and approximately an hour from Tampa International.  Bradenton is the Spring Training home for the Pirates.
